We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro and Solo through our secure online payment system with Pay Pal. Postal Orders and cheques (made payable to Mutts Boutique) can be sent to the address on our Contact Us page. Please allow 7 days for cheques to clear.
How do l use a Gift Voucher or discount code whilst buying online?
Just enter the unique Gift Voucher or discount code and we will automaticly calculate it at the check out.
Must l buy on line?
No, you could call us on 08450171610 and we would be happy to take your order. Remeber to have your dogs measurements at hand, if you are unsure of the size you would like to order. Click here for Size Guide. You could also write to us the address is on our Contact Us page enclosing a cheque and we will dispatch your order. To down load an order form, just shop as normal online, at the check out there is an option to print your order form, then just pop it in the post with your cheque.
How do l measure my dog?
For the perfect fit, clothing is measured by the length of the dogs body. Measure from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. To measure the chest, make sure you measure from the widest point which is usually behind the front legs. When measuring your dogs neck make sure the head is in the upright position.Be sure you measure the whole circumference of the neck where the collar will sit. For safety and the comfort of your pet you should be able to fit two fingers under the collar.Please refer to our Size Guide page.
How quickly will l receive my order?
If the item you have ordered is in stock we will aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. You will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We usually send via Royal Mail (First Class). However some larger items will be sent using a courier. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. More details are on our Delivery page, we very often have special deals on our postage and package so always check our Home page for offers.
Occasionally specialist items will be drop shipped (dilivered) directly to our customers from our suppliers, in such a case we will make sure our customers are made aware of this.
Can l cancel my order?
We are offer a no quible returns policy.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm.
In accordance with the European Consumer Law, you may cancel your order within seven days from the date of placing your order for a full refund. Goods will be returned at your expense unless faulty. If your order has already been shipped when your cancellation is recieved we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. Unwanted items maybe returned within 28 days but must be in a re-saleable condition, unused, unopened, sealed and original packaging.
What if my item is faulty?
In the unlikely event of it being faulty, please return it to the address on the contact page and we will send a replacement.
Can you confirm that yo have received my return?
We would advice you to use a secure postage method, such as recorder delivery. This way you will be able to track your parcel. We cannot accept liability for non receipt of goods.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, orders for worldwide delivery should clearly indicate the full address of the receiver.The transaction will be done according to the prices displayed in GBP (British Pounds).We make every effort to keep our postage charges as low as possible.
Postage to EEC countries is £6.50 standard rate per order, which is via Royal Mail Airmail.
Postage to Non-EEC countries is £10 for standard rate per order, which is via Royal Mail Airmail.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to dispatch larger items to addresses outside of the United Kingdom( dog beds and pet furniture).
Customs
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country.

At present we are solely an online retailer. This allows us to keep updating our products and introduce new lines.Coming soon, you will in the near future be able to register for a monthly news letter. We will keep you up to date with the very latest news, fashion and new products

Product Care
Washing instructions are printed inside most of our apparel items. In general for apparel items, washing them in cold or warm water, using a mild power, a soap or detergent, and drying these on a clothes line (instead of a tumbler dryer), are the best ways to look after your items. If it’s for the waterproof items, just wipe down with a clean soapy cloth, then rinse and wipe down. Be careful with any cashmere or wool items, these will have to be hand washed.
Feeding bowls are best hand washed in warm soapy water, although some are dishwasher safe. Please refer to the manufacturers information on the product.
